Groundwork Knit is made using a premium grade nylon that has a significantly tighter woven filament than standard synthetics. Tighter filaments mean less microfiber shedding in the wash-cycle, plus greater durability of the garment (longer lifespan, more wearing).

Groundwork Knit fabric is also bluesign® certified meaning it is free from harmful chemicals and is fabricated in a way that meets a high environmental standard.

I am 5-10, 170lbs athletic build and mediums I could pull up to my chest - if you want a looser fit that's ok, but smalls fit much better not overly tight and right length.

Great running baselayer, wish they made it in XS

Have already used this on a few runs and it performs great in the cold, 30-45 degree temperatures, so far. My only complaint is the lack of an XS size, which would likely be perfect for me at 120lbs and 5'6. Small is not too bad, though, and size is what I would expect.
