My husband loves these- they are his "dress up" shorts. They are a great length (not so long that they look like basketball shorts), and they feel appropriate for wearing around town or into a restaurant in the summer. Light weight, comfortable fabric, he has them in two different colors.
Comfy enough for running but I wear them for gym as well. Good length. Great choice if you want linerless and pockets!
I've loving these shorts, and just bought another pair in a different color. They're comfortable and functional during a workout, and then fashionable enough to transition to the after-party. The front pockets are great and unobtrusive, and the back zip pocket holds my ID and keys easily. These will definitely be in my go-to rotation this spring and summer.
I also have the Midnight TT Shorts from last year, and these feel better than ever. I love the new zipper(s) and design. I usually pair these shorts with the Rainrunner when it's pouring and they feel great while keeping my phone dry. They are also sleek enough to run errands with and perfect for any summer outing.
These shorts are super comfortable, fit is great and they offer plenty of coverage for a variety of adventures. I plan to take them not only hiking/running, but also on some river trips and bouldering/scrambling.
The pockets and overall feel of the fabric are top-notch. If you guys could make a liner version of these shorts, I'd buy multiple pairs. Really consider that for the future!
On the website, it is labeled "6" Transit Tech Short," so I was expecting the same cut as the earlier version of the short with the same label/title, which which I had purchased in Midnight and like very much. On the tag attached to this new version of the short, it is labeled "Men's 7" Transit Tech Short." And despite the appearance in the photo of the same cut as the earlier version, the inseam is actually 5", and, at least on the Small, the cut is less tapered than that earlier version.
