Perfect

I first had a pair of the mercury track pants and thought it couldn’t get better. That was until I tried these. These pants are so versatile, flexible and comfortable. While I still love the other ones, the atlas pant makes it easier to wear a base layer underneath for those really cold days. On their own, they would still be light enough for a warmer weather hike. I originally bought these for winter running but I also have started to wear them lounging around as well because they are so comfy.

Comfortable, stylish

These pants have been clutch in the recent 30-40 degree weather in late fall in New England.

Excellent lightweight Performance

These pants offer great performance and fit in a lightweight package. I've tried many different running pants over the past couple years and struggled to find a good fit. They all either grip too tightly around my calves or are too big in the waist. The stretchy, dynamic fabric of these pants fit everywhere and offered great mobility. I've had no issues with them sliding or bunching during long trail runs. They're just the right amount of water and wind resistant while still being breathable. They'll be a great layer for shoulder season running in New England and even into the winter. I've also marveled at how little they bounce even with gear in the pockets.

The one feature I've found missing from these pants is built-in storage. Janji advertises them as being packable. They do fold down very small, but I would love it if they could fold into their own pocket. I tried it with the back pocket, but they don't quite fit. If Janji could enlarge that back pocket and make the zipper functional from both sides to accommodate the pants, these would be the perfect pants for longer adventures in the mountains.
