The thumb is weirdly big?

Purchased these for my partner, who usually wears a size L in latex/nitrile gloves. He mentioned that while the fit is good for the rest of his hand/wrist, the thumb is longer than needed, making it hard to type when he checks his phone mid-runs. Hopefully Janji does some more fit testing/researching to perfect the gloves, as they are great in every other way!

Stylish, lightweight gloves

The gloves look nice. Major negative is the touchscreen friendly feature doesn’t work well with phones with screen protectors.

Nice glove but has it's flaws

I toyed with whether this should be a 2 or 3 star review for ages....

First off let's talk about the size/fit - according to the size guide the largest pair they do, the M/L, should have just fit me. But it's actually way smaller, with the fingers being a good couple of centimeters too short.

Which then brings us to the second problem....with them being so small they are pretty tight in general, which restricts blood flow to the fingers which in turn makes your fingers feel cold. Which negates the benefit of having gloves on in the first place. And of course being so tight there is no way to get any kind of silk liner glove under them for colder temps.

Lastly, whilst they do say they are lightweight gloves, am a little disappointed at just how lightweight they are. These are definitely not winter gloves! Having done a few runs in them now, i can safely say anything below 5c/41f is way too cold for these gloves. And today's run in -2c/28f was a HUGE mistake!

Quality wise they seem pretty well made, apart from one cuff that appears to be stitched almost across the direction of the weave which causes it to look ruffled up.

That all said, if you have smaller hands and plan on using these for fall or spring running they should be great for you. But look elsewhere if you have larger hands and/or want something for winter running.
