I won't race without this bra!!

Ever since I got my first Ascend Sports Bra for CIM 2022 I haven't raced without one. The back pocket is PERFECTION, especially while you're racing and you want to have your phone on you but doesn't need to be fully accessible the whole time.

I like the higher-rise neck line to protect from the sun a bit more, and the thicker straps don't chafe.

It is a bit hard to get your phone in & out while actively running, so it takes some practice and I highly recommend testing while training so you know what angle to reach for.

I will also run with just this sports bra and without a shirt over on a hot day and I still find that it provides enough coverage so that time comfy and still comfortable.

I take the pad inserts out immediately, so can't speak to those. I'm a 36B in a regular bra and have always run in the Medium without issue.

The most comfortable bra ever

Not a super busty runner and never worried about support. Until I started training for an ultra. Smaller chest or not 5 hours of running will get things sore. This bra is nicely supportive without being too tight for comfort. It hasn't chaffed even running in damp conditions. I will buy one in each color I love it so much. Also wore it through a 12 hour shift at work and it was fantastic for anyone else in healthcare.

My go to sports bra

This is by far my favorite sports bra. It is supportive and prevents chaffing without feeling constricting. The phone pocket is handy when I don't want to bring my waistbelt.

Supporting supportive bras

Running is hard enough but, as someone who usually fits a 34DDD bra, running can be a little harder without the right gear. This is the third ascend sports bra I have bought and I will keep buying it until all my old bras are replaced. The material is very comfortable, the straps do not dig into my shoulders, and the band doesn’t make it harder to breath. So far, my longest run in this bra was 12 miles, I didn’t have to adjust it (or my boobs) once. Remarkable.

Favorite

I own two of the W's Ascend sports bras and they are the favorites in my rotation. For me I can easily put my phone in or take out of the pocket in the back. I am a marathon runner and have had no issues with chafing on the long runs. For size reference I am 5'7", 135 - 140 lbs, a 34 B and the small fits me great.

I bought this bra in August and feel that I am able to give a fair review now. I like the fit and style of Janji bras and how they are not tight and restrictive in the armpit or too low or high in the chest. The pocket is great and I use it for my phone when I am wearing bottoms without pockets.
Sizing: I am 5'4" and 155lbs, wear a 34E in regular bra sizing and got a medium. It fits great. A large would also fit, but would not offer any compression. The medium is tight enough to be supportive but still very comfortable.
Support: I wear this bra for running. It is high enough support most of the time. When I have my period it is slightly too soft to be comfortable when running. If I am running longer (20-ish kms), I will wear another bra underneath to prevent soreness by the end of the run. For around 15kms or less it is supportive enough.
Quality: It seems like it will last a long time, the construction is good and it still looks like new after many kms and many washes. Hasn't shown any signs of stretching or losing elasticity whatsoever.
My one complaint is the band, it often folds or bends because it isn't fully fastened to the inside of the bra, and doesn't seem like it is firm enough to maintain it's shape. If it weren't for this I would probably stop using all other brands of bras. I bought the pace bra as well and the band also folds and bends.

The XS is a little too snug for me, but I like the coverage and support of this bra, and of course the pocket in the back
