W's 2" AFO Split Short Ultra

Overall I love the fabric of the shorts and I he side splits. However, I got a small which fits until a few minutes in, the briefs slide up and bunch up for me. I am in now world an xs as I have a good sized booty. I also tried a medium to be safe and those are too big. So I guess I’m just a weird size. :)

[Full disclosure, I bought the 3" AFO shorts, not 2"]
Was looking for a pair of shorts that wouldn't weigh me down on a hot, humid long run and these fit the bill. Every other split short I've tried has gotten saturated and HEAVY. Not these.

Typically wear a small, but wish I got the medium instead.

The material and quality of these shorts are great and I would expect nothing less from Janji. Sadly, the couple complaints I have make these shorts not a pair I grab regularly. The most annoying design flaw is that the phone pocket in the back is not connected to the liner so my phone bounces making it annoying and unusable in my opinion. The multi short does not have this issue. Secondly, they bunch and chafe in the crotch, this is less a design flaw but an individual fit issue.

Love these shorts. Very comfortable and has pockets. Generous fit.

You wouldn't expect a split short to have much pocket capacity, but Janji has worked their usual wizardry with these! Amazing fabric, I've run as far as 22 blissfully comfortable miles in them!

These shorts are awesome. Fit true to size and super comfortable to run in. Has a pocket for your keys and phone. Love the side slits. Overall a great purchase.

Love the shorts for walking. If I’m running they bunch up and annoy me and would eventually lead to chafing. Thick runners can cry along with me. Great material and super light.

Omg these are AMAZING! Perfect length, I love the 2”. So many pockets and the back one fits my phone. Super light and breathable. Definitely my favorite shorts and I have tried everything! Please make these in more colors!

Really like, wasted band is great, good for shorter runs, need more storage style for longer work outs

I bought these because I am a Janji compession shorts devotee and I was hoping the genius would extend to other styles! These are great, but they're just normal running shorts. They ride up on my thighs when I run, and the pockets are loose enough that my keys jingle constantly. Very normal problems for shorts, so not bad at all, but I don't like them better than my ones that are 15 years old :)

So comfortable, so light! I wore these in the pouring rain and they did not get in my way at all.

Excellent Running Shorts, waist line is comfortable, liner stays in place, length is excellent and they wick sweat great.

Pocket fits my phone and they are super comfortable

These shorts are super comfortable and fit really well (size M). I wear the W 3" Multi Short in L on the regular (I'm obsessed), and these are actually more comfortable. The slight difference in comfortability is at the waist, and only because the Multi Short has all the waist pockets for gels, keys, phone, etc., which gives it a slightly tighter feel. Both shorts are the best and I will keep adding to my collection!

These are perfect for super hot weather. They’re lightweight and I forget I have them on. The only thing that could make them better is a small t shirt loop on the waistband.

Obsessed. So comfortable. Super soft waistband and liner (pls make the multishort have this liner sizing again!). I ran 10 miles with things in all the pockets without any issues. I love the reflective strip on the back of the right thigh. They run larger than the rest of the Janji line. I am a medium in the pace and trail shorts. I got small and it fits me perfectly.

I’ve loved the split shorts since they were first released a few years ago. The new version is even better because it has tons of pockets! I was able to stash multiple gels during a 20 mile trail run with no bounce. I wish there were more colors available because I’d buy them all!

great quality and amazing fit
