CHEST:
Standing with arms relaxed, measure circumference at widest point, keeping tape horizontal.
WAIST:
Standing with arms relaxed, measure circumference at narrowest point, keeping tape horizontal.
HIPS:
Standing with feet together, measure circumference at widest point, keeping tape horizontal.
