Full returns may be issued within 30 days of purchase on RunJanji.com. We do not accept returns for items that have been worn or washed.
Janji credit of equal value may be issued for all returns within 60 days of purchase.
Janji isn't responsible for any purchases made in other stores or on other sites. You'll have to contact whoever sold you the Janji gear.
Exchanges take approximately 10 days to process once returned to the Janji warehouse.
We pay for shipping for all domestic returns. We do not pay for shipping for international exchanges and returns. We do not refund shipping costs.
If there is an error in your package, please email email@example.com and we will cover all costs around shipping.
