For domestic returns and exchanges:

To cancel a pre-order item:
Email firstname.lastname@example.org with subject line "Cancel Pre-order". Please include your order number and pre-order item(s) you would like to cancel in the email body. Your full refund will be processed in 1-2 business days.
For international returns and exchanges:Email us at email@example.com with your order number and the items you wish to return or exchange and we'll get you all sorted.
The fine print:
Full returns may be issued within 30 days of the purchase date made on janji.com.
We do not accept returns for items that have been worn or washed.
Original hang-tags must be attached to garments as they were received.
Exchanges or credit of equal value may be issued for all returns within 60 days of purchase.
We are not responsible for and will not issue returns or exchanges on any Janji gear purchased from other stores or websites.
We will cover the cost for shipping on all domestic returns made within the United States.
We will not cover the cost for shipping for international exchanges and returns made outside the United States.
We charge a $5 restocking fee, per order (not per item) for returns.
Due to limited capacity and the additional measures we are taking to ensure the safety of our employees and customers during this unprecendented time, please be aware that it may take up to 5~7 business days after our warehouse receives a package to process returns and exchanges. We appreciate your understanding and patience.
