For domestic returns and exchanges,
- Visit our online portal to get started.
- You'll receive a prepaid shipping label. Slap that on the package and drop it off at your local post office.
- Include the original packing slip in the package back to us.
For international returns and exchanges,
- Shoot us an email us at email@example.com with your order number and the gear you’re looking to send back.
The Fine Print
- Full returns may be issued within 30 days of purchase on Janji.com. We do not accept returns for items that have been worn or washed.
- Janji exchanges or credit of equal value may be issued for all returns within 45 days of purchase.
- We are not responsible for any purchases made in other stores or on other sites.
- We pay for shipping for all domestic returns. We do not pay for shipping for international exchanges and returns.
- With limited capacity due to COVID, it may take up to 5-7 business days once the package hits the warehouse to process returns and exchanges.
- We charge a $5 restocking fee for returns.
