Artist: Gawaa
Inspired by the profound vastness and serene terrain of his birthplace in the Gobi Desert, Ganbold Lundaa (aka Gawaa) creates art reflecting a deep respect and love for nature.
Gawaa created the "Vastlands" print at MARS (Mongolia Artist Residency Studio) to celebrate the rich texture of Mongolian grasslands, and the freedom of traversing ultra-distances across the steppe.

Artist: M. Erdenebayar
Erdenebayar Monkhor dedicates much of his artistic career to the subject of horses – one of the most iconic and important cultural symbols of Mongolia.
This graphic series celebrates the freedom of the open steppe and the seasonal movement of herds and nomadic herdsmen who continue to travel extraordinary distances to this day, as they have for thousands of years.
