I bought this specifically for my long runs during the summer. I sometimes run with a running vest. I notice that my back is completely soaked by the end of the run. Even after 20 minutes after the run and the vest off, the hoodie is still pretty damp. I would think it would do a better job of wicking away the sweat.

Ran an ultra marathon in 80 degree full sun heat with this. Felt cool the whole time + no sunburn
Stylish too

A little tighter than i thgouh it was going to be, but i need to lose some weight anyway, so now more motivation.

Good sun protection, I didn't burn as a ginger on a run with with a UV index of 12. Very comfortable, only thing i wished was a lil more breathability.

Really soft. Fits as expected. Great for running out outdoor casual wear.

My #1 running shirt, not even close. Well done.

It’s too bad this sun shirt isn’t longer. It’s hit or miss depending on the brand.

Appreciate that the hood clings to the head, doesn't come off running into the wind. Used in conjuncton with a running cap, provides full coverage to forehead, temples, ears and nose. Just ordered a second one.

M's Sunchaser 50 Hooded Long Sleeve is great for sun exposed activity. Love the thumb and watch holes. I wear it running and mountain biking during hot cloudless days. Material is durable and really soft while wearing a pack or running vest.

Fits and works great. Went for several long runs with no shade and had no sun burn at all.

After seeing so many pacers and crew members wearing the Janji Sun Chaser Hoodie during Cocodona 250, I had to try one myself.

Now I understand why it’s so popular. Super lightweight, breathable, comfortable, and provides great sun protection without feeling hot. It’s become one of those pieces of gear I reach for on almost every run.

Sometimes the hype is justified. This is one of those times.

Fits well, stays cool, and the hood stays up.

Bought this hoodie to replace an old and extremely well used Patagonia hoodie. I was hoping for similar performance. This hoodie is much warmer due to both the fabric weight and design. It is definitely slightly thicker and heavier feeling than I expected but the big difference is the scuba hood. This design traps heat and blocks airflow like nobody’s business! Which would be ok if I was looking for cold weather performance but no one is that buys this for summer trail running. It certainly doesn’t seem like it was designed and tested by runners before being sent to market. This is one and done and my search continues for a hoodie that meets my summer running needs.

This shirt is great, so lite and breathable (has armpit holes). Love the color too. Everything from Janji is high quality

Love the shirt. I’ve already gotten a ton of use out of it in less than a month. It would be great to have a tall size like Janji offers in some pants. When I raise my arms, I free the belly. But otherwise it’s great.

I like the way it fits. I was unsure about the way the hood fit all the way around my face but found it nice when I hit some wind on my morning run today.

Love this shirt it is one of my favorites for when i am out on the trail for hours.

Purchased for sun protection and keeping bugs off my neck on the trails. Works as desired. Very lightweight, I've tested up to 80 degrees so far and still comfortable. Plan to try higher when we get there. Has greatly reduced the amount of sunscreen I need to apply for every run. Pretty much the only thing I wear for runs 60 degrees and up.
