M's 7" Multi Short 2-in-1

This is my second pair. With the first one, I immediately recognized the practical design. I love that I can run secure in the knowledge that my credentials, keys, AirPods, tissues, gels and iPhone will not budge, that they are ready to hand whenever needed, and that unless I do need them I don’t even feel them! As I said in my original review, my only question was how durable they would be. The answer is that I’ve pretty much adopted them for daily running and they are as good as new a year later. I’m getting the second pair so that I can rotate them because every once in a while they do need a wash! Highly recommended. Best shorts ever.

These are awesome. I can store all my items including my phone. I can even carry a couple of 250ml bottles (side pockets and back loop are both big storage areas). All the gels, keys, earbud cases etc as well. And they are really comfortable and well made. The only running shorts I need. Got three pairs, plan on getting more.

These shorts are great, I was dealing with some rubbing issues on my long runs but the compression shorts on the inside are great. Super comfortable I've got two more are the way.

Great all-rounder short. I use it in the gym and for running. Good oockets for carrying essentials plus some extras for long runs. Liner is comfortable and the length is perfect.

I had an issue with my pair of 2 in 1 shorts and left my issue in this review. Shockingly, someone in Janji’s upper leadership reached out about my issue and they have more than made it right. Janji definitely cares about providing quality products, and I feel really good about buying more from them in the future!

Also, these shorts are the best shorts!

The perfect running shorts!

These are great. They’ve replaced every pair of other running shorts I own.

I wish the waistband had a tiny bit more stretch, as they feel a bit tight, but I know going up a size would be too loose.

These shorts work great for women, too! I’ve worn them for an ultra trail race, a road marathon, and plenty of training runs - they get the job done right. Love all the pockets and the snug fit of the long under layer, while providing a cover layer so I don’t feel like I’m on display (that’s my preference; no shade to those who prefer tights). I usually wear a women’s medium; the men’s medium size of these 7” shorts fits me well. (Janji - I can tell from the reviews that I’m not the only woman who buys/wears these shorts. Please don’t change these shorts for women, just call them unisex or also list them under women’s shorts.)

I purchased my first pair of these on REI clearance years ago and just fell in love with them. I have purchased a few new pair to add to the rotation since. Each version has small upgrades that just keep making them better. I will keep coming back for more!

I barely use any other shorts. perfect for running. comfortably carry all my stuff. phone, keys, gels, chapstick, earbuds, bars, even sunglasses, sometimes a hat, whatever. Even stick a soft bottle in the side pockets. Ive run mulitple marathons in them with no other storage. same on a hike. everything i need. no bounce.
Also my favorite yoga shorts. Breathable, fast dying, comfortable, never ride up, and NO ZIPPERS digging into my back or sides. why do people up zippers on yoga shorts?!
I always run with my phone in the back, and these are the only shorts that do it all. I have tried a lot of shorts. I don't need any others. Just more 2-in-1 mutli-shorts.
