Membership a great purchase if you are going to continue supporting Janji (which I am, of course)! Great to have the discounts on their clothing and access when they come out with exclusive apparel. Top notch brand.

I’m sold on Janji for three reasons. 1. The clothing feels great, very light and durable. 2. They look great. I love the patterns. 3. I appreciate being able to get great running clothes and also support a wonderful effort to provide water to people with little access.

The item I purchased was permanently out of stock and discontinued. The next item I attempted to purchase was also discontinued. Both items were the motivators for purchasing the membership, and both were only available to members, but not disclosed the status of their discontinuation until after procuring the membership.
I love what Janji is trying to do, so I want to support them, but the user experience has felt sloppy and the return process has been less than ideal. They have had good human email responses and have made great substitutions, but this process can be redone to make a much better user experience.
