M's 7" Multi Short 2-in-1

Doesnt fit, the XXL fits like orher brands large. They dont carry sizes for bigger people looking to become fit.

This is the second pair I've brought. Compression layer is durable and holds my phone securely. The waistband can carry all the gels that you need. I would prefer if the key clip is slightly larger so that it's easy to clip and unclip my keys. My fingers are slippery and swollen after my runs which make it difficult to unclip my keys (very minor). It's not a big deal since I can just put my keys in the waistband.

These are the best running shorts that I’ve ever worn! They are a little more tight on the waist, but that’s really what you need when running, to keep it from bouncing. I’ve worn other shorts brand and these are the best. Very good design.

Shorts seem to run a bit small. Like the multiple pockets though.

I didn't want to like these shorts. I'm a trail runner, but less hardcore than most. What I didn't like was that the shorts make me look like a pro runner. I'm definitely not!
The shorts have well thought out pockets.
The shorts have an excellent cut, design & lightweight feel.
The shorts have made me toss all my other running shorts.
They're the first ones I look for in my closet when I have to go run!
The shorts are worth every penny.

Great short. Good compression liner

Great quality with a minimalist design. Incredibly practical in terms of storage. It’s what I have come to expect from Janji. Just wish I would have ordered the next size up.

Probably best running shorts on the market. The only thing that could be improved is the inside liners to be more durable other than that everything is awesome. Many pockets including two side pockets for phone. Very lightweight as well.

Very good material, which the whole design is runner oriented. It just run a little small for the size I picked.

They used to have pockets on these shorts. Pockets are essential! Also, the draw string is very difficult to secure because the drawstring is too thin or narrow, and it easy becomes knotted.

Great shorts. Stores everything I need for my runs without bouncing (keys, phone, gels). Breathable. Fits great.

The fit is perfect. The extra storage for phone, keys and gels work out great. The only downside is I wish they were shorter. Make this 2in1 short with a 5” inch and 3” inseam.

Incredibly comfortable, phone sits secure in side pocket for long runs, no chafing and great materials as usual with Janji

The shorts are great for 10+ mile runs. However, the liner is not designed for men who lift weights. As a result, the liner doesn't sit right and will rub without a pair of spandex briefs underneath. Kind of defeats the purpose of selling the shorts with built-in liners. It would be great if someone still sold regular shorts without ANY liner!

Great short all in all; quality material! With the draw string on the outside fabric it makes it hard to access the pockets while moving.

I don’t know if I got a size too small or if it is just my body type but they ride up every 30 seconds. I would like to find a pair of shorts that work but these are too expensive to try several sizes on. I’m very disappointed

The women’s multi short came in a 5” length. The men’s multi short came in a 7” length. I wanted the longer length. I read a review where a female who was a size medium ordered a men’s medium and it was a good fit. I usually wear a women’s small so I ordered a men’s small 2 in 1 multi shorts and it fit perfectly. These shorts are super lightweight, comfortable with endless pockets. I love them!

Size and fit are great. Pocketing is incredibly useful and well placed - I’ve routinely forgotten I even had items in them. Drawstring is the same as the one from the half tights which I prefer to some of the other shorts. Overall great shorts. Almost cried when I ruined one of the thigh pockets (broken phone screen and I had to get my run in before I went to get fixed lol - not shorts issue). Def buying more pairs over time.

Where do I start? I’m a very built short and stocky military guy who is hard on everything he owns. That includes my thighs when I’m running, Janji changed that for me with their trail tights, now I also own a few of their multi pants (Janji, please bring those back) and love the way those feel. After a few weird looks during PT formations I decided it was time to get a 2-1 short, originally I tried the AFO Ultra 2-1 shorts…these did not work out for me, the sizing was different, the drawstring was…well it wasn’t much of anything so it didn’t work and the price tag was high. I return those and figure I exchange them for these. I am in love all over again, these are the perfect mix between the multi pants that I wear religiously and their 8 inch trail tights, same classic bulletproof drawstring and all the pockets you can ever want. Buy yourself a pair or two…or three…you won’t regret it.

I really love the concept of these shorts, unfortunately the liner is like taking a cheese grater to your undercarriage. The outer shorts are fantastic. The pocketing in the waistband works great and the material is super breathable. I’m a huge fan of the Janji half tights so I was hoping the liner would be similar but it’s not at all. For what you’re paying for these shorts they should consider just using the half tights as the liner. I will be cutting out the liner and wearing them over my half tights. Really unfortunate for such an expensive pair of shorts.
