AFO Hyperlight Cap

This hat is very special to me. It is on my head every single time I run. People recognize me on the trail simply by my hat. I started wearing it when I was training for my first 5K and I still wear it today while training for my first marathon. It has been extremely functional and serves me well in rain or shine. It’s lightweight fabric means I don’t have to wash it often which keeps all the good juju in it. It’s gone the distance with me every single mile.

Picked this one up as my dog literally ate my favorite running hat :( This hat has been great so far. Super light and comfortable. This is my first hat with the bungee strap. I like it a lot. Comfy and doesn't budge once you find the right size. The hat is extremely light and does dry quick. Love the brim and how it doesn't lose shape despite being bent, crammed into a suitcase/bag, etc.

Unfortunately the hat was way too small. It was a tight and unexpected. I’ll be returning soon.

I like it a lot. It’s thin and squashes down. I also like how it stays on in the wind.

Fits well and feels like you’re not wearing any cap at all.

One of the best caps I found for running, alongside BOCO. Super light and flexible but doesn’t feel flimsy. I got a second one in the funky colors.

Sent hat to an old address out of state and emailed immediately after. Unfortunately they were unable to help and made it very clear it was my fault. Poor customer service left me feeling unsatisfied with the company. Will not attempt to purchase again.

Loved the hat but my wife loves them so much she took mine. Soft, packable, quick drying…. Perfect for those long run days

Light weight and sweat dries quick

My favorite caps for running, light and bright!

Don’t like the back closure strings. Would prefer velcro strap, or solid cover, like a cycling hat. I wear hats backwards and get a circle tan line on my forehead. The shape of this back closure makes it more pronounced.

I don’t normally wear hats but needed something to protect my scalp from getting sunburned on my long runs. This hat is extremely light and very comfortable. It blocks out the sun and is so light that it’s easy to forget I am even wearing it.

Very light and breathable. The brim does get sweatlogged fairly quickly, but its easy to wring out and keep going.

my favorite hat

I’m ball’s and I sweat A LOT during my runs and workouts. This is the first hat I’ve had that can actually contain and absorb my sweat. Dries fast, ultra light, fun designs. Pretty great.

Great cap for running. Air flowed through without issue and kept my head cool for my run. May buy another one (in black) to wear during cooler months.

It fits perfectly and feels very secure on my head. I love that the brim is neither too soft nor too stiff. I can roll it up into a bag and it pops back into shape instantly. The fabric doesn't soak up sweat and breathes really well. I did a 13km run in it comfortably. Highly recommended

Hat was to small for my head

I started with 1 hat for running. Then I started doing races and got more hats... trail runs, half marathons, full marathons, and somehow found that I have (too) many hats to wear. Some are better than others, but none really seem like they do a good job keeping the sweat out of my eyes. Then I got this Janji cap, and it may be the One Cap to Rule Them All. It's comfortable, light, fits well, and doesn't leave a strap flapping loose unsupervised at the back. I really liked the Tiderider color, but ended up going with Mist just to have a lighter color for summer.

This hat was lightweight and the perfect gear for an extremely hot half marathon

Love this hat! It gets really windy where I live, and my last hat blew right off my head several times, even with my hair up in a ponytail. I really like the bungee tightener - I've never had a hat with one. It stays snug without it giving me a headache and it held up against the wind! It's super light and can be stuffed into my vest pocket.

I've never owned a hat that was SO light, packable, AND doesn't show sweat. I originally bought this to play outdoor court sports + running, but I honestly use it for everything outdoors because of the barely-there feel. I now own 2 of these and will definitely continue to buy more when I like the colors/prints because why not? Love 'em!

Great running cap, does everything you need

Fantastic. I've been living in these almost year round because I can wear them under hoods or solo. Amazingly, they don't budge in the crazy high desert winds. These have become my daily staple for runs, walks, hike, driving, target practice and more- have 3, need more. well-done Janji.
