Janji Refund Policy

• Returns may be issued within 30 days of purchase on Janji.com. We do not accept returns for items that have been worn or washed.
• We charge a $9 restocking fee for returns for refunds. There is no restocking fee for returning for store credit.
• Janji exchanges or credit of equal value may be issued for all returns within 45 days of purchase.
• We are not responsible for any purchases made in other stores or on other sites.
• We pay for shipping for all domestic returns. We do not pay for shipping for international exchanges and returns.
• With limited capacity due to COVID, it may take up to 5-7 business days once the package hits the warehouse to process returns and exchanges.
