Digital Gift Card

You charged my credit card, sent me the gift card, then suddenly canceled the order and still haven’t refunded my money.

Your “fraud” explanation makes absolutely no sense. How is using my own credit card considered fraud?

Honestly, it feels like my order was canceled because of my first and last name. I can’t think of any other reason. This experience feels discriminatory and completely unacceptable.

If this is not resolved immediately, my lawyer will be contacting your company.

I will also be filing complaints with consumer protection agencies

Gift card for my wife’s birthday. She had at least heard of Janji before I gave it to her. Now she’ll be a customer!

It would be nice if Janji created a system to send the gift card directly to the recipient’s email at a scheduled time as so many other companies do rather than me having to forward it and hope the card works. In this case it’s my wife who will let me know immediately but beyond that a recipient might not let me know.

I regret that the website said you were out of stock for additional gift cards so I went to another vendor to send two $200 gift cards for Christmas - I don't understand how you sell out of electronic emailed gift cards

A little clunky that if you want to share it with someone you have to forward them the email or print out a QR code. Also really hard to find on the site - had to search for it in the search bar.

Quick delivery.

100 grift Card - very easy.

I haven't used it yet since it's a gift. For a more attractive gift, I'd have preferred to be mailed an actual card to give as a gift. I would have been willing to pay the postage and a bit of cost for the card. But, I'm excited to give it as I'm sure she will enjoy it.

My son in-law was thrilled with the gift card. He is already a member and loves the clothes. I was happy to purchase it knowing some of the money goes for clean water!
