I bought the Janji merino wool long sleeve after losing a different wool base layer… but it was a happy mistake because I love this top so much more than the one replaces! I have worn it on long runs, in 44 degree rain as a layer, and by itself in 55-62 degree runs in both sunshine and heavy winds. It’s been great at all temps- I love that you can put your hands in the sleeves if you need some warmth, or push the sleeves up when the sun comes out…. I also have noticed that it doesn’t hold smells, which is great as that’s always a struggle with my running layers.
In short- I love it!
I’m usually between a L and XL and I am glad u sized up to an XXL in this. It fits perfect. It is warm as a base layer but also cool. I wore the black long sleeve for an incredibly sweaty workout last night and it was great for temp control and wicking sweat away. I let it dry out last night and am actually wearing it again today - no odor at all! It really is a great fit and extremely flattering on. I will really get my moneys worth out of the two long sleeves I bought (black and olive color). Also worth mentioning that this long sleeve is not itchy at all!

Very comfortable, love the fit. Merino is one of my favorites.
This is such a wonderful running shirt (or airplane travel shirt!). It regulates temperature so I’m never too hot or cold in it on my very early morning runs. It is magic and doesn’t stink so I can wear it 2-3 times before washing it. And it is super cute!! I have it in a couple different colors and it is now basically the only shirt I run in.
Love this shirt! It's super lightweight and perfect on its own or for layering. It's also really odor-resistant and great for extended wear without needing frequent washing. Ideal for PNW weather. Highly recommend!
Comfortable
Perfect alone or layered
Only running shirt I use for fall, winter, and spring
Smartly designed, the inner arm seams and front panel seams are forward of midline so no rubbing. Material is light, breathable, sweat wicking, drapes well.
Love it enough that I bought a other color, I decided it was time after putting this on again and again while still wet from the wash (not that it takes it all that long to dry or that you have to wash all that often, the merino definitely helps keep you feeling less funky even for doubles days ;). It's an excellent layering piece for under a vest with mittens for very cold high output conditions. Not very wind resistant so I pack a shell in case for longer runs. Enjoying climbing and lifting in this too. Grateful that the arms are long enough that the thumb holes aren't just decorative, I'm 160lb, 5'11" long limbed / muscular for reference and am in a size large, don't like my clothing skin tight.
I cannot believe how odor-resistant this shirt is, it's WILD. I ran in it 4 times before the first wash and it still had almost no stink. Really lightweight, great under jackets.
The yellow (Dawn) is a bit sheer, so I don't typically wear it on it's own
I love this shirt. It is so lightweight but warm. It regulates temperature so well, even if I overdress for a run(which I usually do) and start sweating the wool stays warm when wet. I air-dry this between runs and I swear to you it never smells. I wash it about ever 3 to 4 runs because I feel like I should not because it really needs it. Janji made the the perfect wool running shirt, I came back to get a second one.
