Multipocket Medium Zip Pouch

I bought both sizes in orange and black. The medium fits my iphone 14 pro with a case, but I have to work it into the bag. This isn't an issue to me- just trying to describe the snug fit. The large has enough space to slip the iphone 14 in and out quickly. The large also fits the iphone 16 comfortably. I love both sizes for different reasons. The medium is great for long runs, when I wear pace tights and my phone gets sweaty sitting in the thigh pocket.

The large size is very ideal to keep my wallet, lip balm, hair ties, keys and other items in one place. I use the larger bag for my hiking packs, work backpack and medium to large purses where items can enter a black hole. My husband also has his own Janji pouch (size L) that he uses for his backpack when commuting by bike or hiking.

The medium size fits my iphone 16 pro with a wallet case both inside the waterproof zipper and on the outside slot! It slides easily into the back bra pocket. It's so much easier to retrieve from behind your back (sometimes my phone will go so deep into the long bra pocket, it's hard to get out). I'll be using this for every run and I can store a gel in the exterior pocket and hook a key to the signature carabiner!

First a disclaimer, I am a heavy sweater and i got this in mid-September in the Northeast. The weather is pretty humid and there are some warmer days and I tend to run mid-day or late afternoon/early evening.

I got this because it seemed like a good way to protect my phone from the elements and save both money and waste by switching away from plastic bags like ziplocs. So this is just not gonna happen. This thing is just polyester with maybe some kind of DWR coating that seems to be rapidly deteriorating. My phone is covered in sweat after each run, and after using it once for a tough workout in mid-70s F there was a pool of sweat at the bottom of this pouch/bag that my phone was just sitting in.

I like it in theory but I think the advertising is a little too good to be true here. The zipper also doesn't quite cover the whole opening, and there is a little bit of fabric over the top but if your clothes are fully saturated I am sure the sweat just collects on this lip and the edge of the zipper and just drips down into there.

The pocket with carabiner is nice, but I find that in practice it is not very handy. Most shorts have a dedicated key pocket. This pocket is just a sleeve so it is not waterproof at all so I would hesitate to really keep anything in there but maybe one gel. This could also just fit into some other pocket or you could jam it into the main one.

I got the medium, and the main compartment fits my iPhone 16 just fine and I can stash my ID/cards, some cash if I want it to get wet, or maybe my small earbuds sans case.

It fits nicely in the thigh-side pocket like they show in the photos, but any pocket that is on the small of your back, below the waist will be too small. The one exception here is the multi-short which has a bigger compartment along the waist. Otherwise you need to use a belt or stash it in a bag/vest pocket or something.

I wanted to give it 1 star but I really love Janji and I think they had the right idea with this, but I really wish the inside was lined with something that was actually waterproof/sweatproof. Since I still need to use a ziploc I am at a loss as to what I will actually use this for? Maybe as a cool Janji pencilcase.
