W's Thermalrunner Insulated Jacket

I wear it to walk mostly in cooler temps. Color is great. I ordered a small in case I wanted to layer underneath. Normall I would get an XS.

This was on my wish list this year, and I was SO PLEASED with so many things about this jacket.
1st: zipper pockets are great! The chest pocket can easily hold multiple gels! The other pockets zip to hold other items like gloves/keys/id.
2: The design of the jacket where some places are thinner (under top of arms and lower back) vs. thicker for warmth (upper arms, front chest and shoulders) was thoughtfully planned out. I was not hot, or cold, once on my 40 degree, windy run today. The double zipper is also super nice to have if you run hot!
3. The FIT! A true to size jacket with a stylish and slim, but not tight, fit. Love how it looks and the Fir color is beautiful!
4. It's SO light for how warm it is. I've never had such a functional running jacket for the weight. The fabric feels high-quality and to me, similar to that of a parachute in the thinner areas.
5. It's worth every bit of the price tag. Get it. It's 10/10!

Comfortable and true to fit. Super warm. Wear for running, hiking and everyday lounging around. Great for layering.

Lovely option to bulkier coats.

My first real running jacket and I'm in love!! This creation is perfect for the athlete who doesn't need to keep the armpits warm. I was worried that it wouldn't be warm enough, but it is perfect! I will definitely be wearing it when I run this year's winter series.

This replaces my bulky puffy coat. I'm in the south so it's too much for running, but it's perfect for post run in colder temps and for everyday wearing in mild winter temps. Packs down nicely for camping/bikecamping! Double zipper makes it great for cold cycling also.

Winter in Maine gets very cold and windy. This jacket keeps me very warm and blocks wind very well. It is super light weight and comfortable. Plenty of pockets too. This is my favorite jacket ever, worth every penny!

I live in Minnesota so our winters can be pretty brutal. I run year round and I have been searching for a jacket that provides warmth without a lot of bulk and this is just perfect. I love the green color and the design allows for venting of heat in key areas like under the arms and lower back. I normally wear a medium, and that is what I ordered, but I feel like the sizing is generous. I could easily size down. For reference, I am 5'7", 145 lbs, 36 inch chest and the fit is loose. If you want a more fitted look, size down. The only improvement I could suggest would be an attached hood as I like to have the option of pulling my hood up on windy days. This will definitely be my go to jacket this winter.
