I haven't often been a fan of boxer brief liners but these shorts extremely comfortable, well made, and with two front zipper pockets that can actually hold something larger than a single car key. Always great gear from Janji!

The compression liner is a really nice touch, very comfortable! The shorts don’t shift around while you’re running, and the pockets on the liner keep things in place. Light weight and very well designed.

The best mixed-purpose shorts Janji makes

These shorts are excellent because they have side pockets. These are much better for holding things (like keys, a wallet, etc.) vs other Janji shorts. And yet they have the compression shorts and pockets.

Freaking good!

I have only taken these on some short runs around town and one long day on trail and so far they are very good. The combo of snug pockets on the liner short and big zippered pockets on the outer short is my favorite. Phone or snacks fit will in the liner pockets and don’t jostle while running. And the outside pockets are great for extra snacks or for car keys and wallet while driving to the trail or running errands. The fabric is super light and quiet, might snag over time, but that’s the trade off. I wish the liner short was a little longer, but I’m tall and wish that of most shorts, so over all I really like them!
