These are amazing! They are super warm, have functional pockets. Stay in place. I am 5’3” and about 130# and went with a Medium because I didn’t want them too tight. I def could have done a Small, but I like the fit of the medium.
Best warm running pant, I bought a size bigger then I buy normal running tights because I feel warmer when they aren’t so tight. Very comfortable, they are long they definitely go to you ankles.
Warm, cute, love the large pockets. Glad Janji has some great warm leggings on offer since they're my favorite company for running bottoms.
I am always on the lookout for good warm stuff for my legs. My winter go-to, other than janji, have been Athleta's Altitude tights and the rainier tights. These feel like they will be warmer than the rainier but probably not quite as warm as the altitudes. The fabric is thin but seems to do a good job holding in heat. And after years of the altitudes, which are long and loose and slide around on me like my sweet cat's fur, I love how svelte and compressive these are.
I do wish they had drop-in pockets rather than the awkward have-to-put-your-hands-on-backwards seam pockets that are now so popular. And I anticipate having to be very careful with the drawstring (I'll start by throwing a figure eight knot on each end.) but otherwise I'm so, so excited for these. Wish us ladies got that great green color the gents have, though!
I have lots of Janji gear for running and these new Aurora fleece tights are wonderful. I used them today for a 20ish degree day and they never slipped or needed to be adjusted in any way, they kept me nice and warm without over heating.
I love these tights! They are comfortable, but not bulky. Pockets are great for my phone. Did lose the drawstring after the first wear, but I don't really use the drawstring anyways. But for someone who does, be careful!
Wearing them in cold windy conditions. Kept my legs warm but not too warm. Love the pockets. comfortable fit.
Love these new tights. They are warm, cozy and keep the wind out. The pockets are perfect to hold my phone without bouncing.
Wow, these tights are amazing. They fit perfectly (and are super cozy!) and the attention to detail is evident. The updated reflective logo on the calf also looks really nice. Took them on a short jog in cold temps yesterday and they stayed in place and kept me warm, but not overly. Been wearing them all day yesterday and have them on again today. My husband also got a men's pair, wore them yesterday, and has them on again today.
These are great leggings for cool weather. Notice I didn’t say Cold weather though. I love the fit, the stylish and fun sea drift scarlet print, the pockets, drawstring and waistband, laser cut hem. Living and running at high elevation (6500’) with really cold winters I’d hesitate to call the fabric used “fleece”. To me, they’re kind of thin to justify that name. I still need to wear a second insulating layer under these when temps are in the 20s and 10s. It’s brushed to be soft and a little warmer than the Pace tights I also own, but not as warm as some Nike Pro Hyperwarm leggings that I also have.
