W's 3" AFO Middle Short Ultra

These have been my go-to shorts during muggy season. They are so light and don’t get weighed down with sweat. I love having 3 zipper pockets as well as the stash pockets. I have muscular thighs and have had no chafing whatsoever.

Bought these for racing so I could stash chews in multiple pockets. Have done two medium (14 mile) runs in them so far and love them. Pockets are secure but easy to access while moving.

NOTE: I have two pairs of the “regular” 3” middle AFO shorts purchased in 2022 and 2023. These are much roomier/extra fabric. The liner fits the same, so I know I am in the correct size. But they don’t look as sleek. Pretty dumpy actually. But I will take function over beauty any day.

Non restrictive, comfortable, and pockets for everything. I purchased these just a few weeks prior to completing R2R2R. I didn't have the time to try them first on a long run but decided to wear them anyway. I did not have any problems at all. There was no chaffing, they fit comfortable, and they dried quickly (after being rained on multiple times). Overall a great choice for comfort!

Great shorts, Very comfortable and breathable. The pockets are great for keys and gels.

I have been running in these for the past few weeks, and really like them. They feel “airy” and aren’t too short. I like the pockets for all my fuel. I still wear a basic running belt for my phone (since it bounces in the pockets) but overall great. Looking forward to trying out some other janji products!

These shorts are perfect! The side pockets hold my phone, no bounce! I have since ordered 5 more pair. More colors choices would be awesome!

These shorts are sick! The fit I think is a little roomier than the original middle shorts, with the leg opening a little bigger too. I usually size up to a M in the middle shorts because the S is a liiiiittle too snug on my butt, but for these I got a S and I think they're perfect! I am a S in all other janji shorts. Love the waistband, feels super secure but also like it is not even there! Pockets are great, the orange colorway looks cool as heck. Nice kinda rugged, "leveled up" version of the original classic everyday middle shorts.
