Very breathable and lightweight. I’m 5’11” between 185-195 and am typically between M and L depending on brand. The M version is too tight for me but the L is perfect. Love it!

Great running shirt

Shirt is light and very cool. In the hot (and humid) Florida summer, this is a great shirt to stay cool. Doesn't hold a lot of sweat and wicks moisture very well.
