While I am 100% confident this belt would be grand to use on trails, I ended up putting it through a much more arduous test of endurance.... carrying the full load for a long hot day in - The Magical Kingdom of Disney. From rope drop to the long monorail ride home after the fireworks and park closing, would it step up to the challenge and perform to my expectations... could it keep a party of two supplied, and stay conveniently hidden during those all important photo ops with the castle and mouse?
Not only did it meet all expectations, but it surpassed how good I thought it might do. It conveniently held two Apple 16 Pro phones, one charging unit and cord, car keys, credit cards, magic bands, snacks, glasses and yes even the hydration bottle. On top of that an umbrella fit in the back cords along with two tightly rolled up rain ponchos for the afternoon thunderstorms.
It's so nice not having to wear the hydration vest all day, being forced to take it off for photos or rides, plus the extreme heat in the parks does test even the most well designed vests. I'll admit as well, I was approached and asked about the belt by other forlorn, tired spouses looking for more efficient ways to handle their park days.
This belt is absolutely one of the best designs out there, and I recommend it to anyone looking for convenience along with room. Could there be some small improvements (?) of course there could be, but for exploring the parks, and I'm sure the trails as well, this one even puts a spark in Tinkerbells eyes.
