Our AFO fabric is composed of 88% recycled polyester. We use high-grade recycled polyester made from 100% post-consumer recycled plastic like rPET (commonly found in single-use bottles and containers) to reduce the impact of our apparel without compromising on performance, durability or comfort.

AFO fabric is also bluesign® certified meaning it is free from harmful chemicals and is fabricated in a way that meets a high environmental standard.

It's great!

Great Hat, Big Head

The mesh version of the Hatchback cap has proven great for warm, sunny weather. It's almost the most comfortable running hat I own. Almost. My head is just outside of the normal "L/XL" hat size and this "one size fits most" is a touch too tight. Not the fault of the hat, which fits true to its word, but caveat emptor.

The cap is super light and airy. Love cap that has soft and crushable brims. Only concern is how long the mesh on the upper will hold up… it does seem delicate, trying not to let it get caught on anything.
