Groundwork Knit is made using a premium grade nylon that has a significantly tighter woven filament than standard synthetics. Tighter filaments mean less microfiber shedding in the wash-cycle, plus greater durability of the garment (longer lifespan, more wearing).

Groundwork Knit fabric is also bluesign® certified meaning it is free from harmful chemicals and is fabricated in a way that meets a high environmental standard.

This is the perfect running short for me. Does not ride up or roll even with thick thighs and shorter length. Pockets aplenty for all your wares, but they stay cool because they're mesh. External drawstring for comfort and fit. These edge out the Pace Short for my favorite simply because they stay a bit cooler due to the mesh pockets and shorter length/rise. Perfect fit and and length

It's so hard to find shorts that are the right length (I'm a shorty) that prevent thigh rub but are still flattering. These are fantastic. They stay put on the thigh and the waist, event with a phone in the pocket, and the patterns are so cute! I sized up as I've put on some weight since a surgery and I suspected that the skinny waistband would require it and I'm glad I did. Though if/when the surgery weight comes off I may regret not going with my usual xs!

You can carry your iPhone and all of your snacks comfortably without bobbling around. For reference, I’m 5’ and 98 lbs and these aren’t too long or too short. And the sticky band on the inside keeps them in place - no riding! These are my second pair.
