…by oncoming lights. I got the white ones with reflective mountains on them. I wear them on my run commutes, and I pulled them over some tights last weekend while doing a 12 hour trek across half of RI, partly in the dark. My friend told me my pants looked like reflective pajamas.
Love the zippered pockets and the light, durable fabric. Is surprisingly good for rock climbing days too!
These pants are great! Fit well. Comfortable material. Lots of secure pockets. Great for hiking, running or hanging out.
I've been looking for these pants for some time. Ankle zips for easy on/off. Check. Wind and water resistant, check. Lightweight and scrunches up small to stuff in a pack, check. Rear pocket, bonus! The blue accents are also a nice touch. I wore these over fleece in a snow storm in the mountains, then alone on the plane trip home. Ideal in both conditions.
I wish I didn't love these pants as much as I do And I'm honestly upset that I'm learning of their glory so late in life. They are the most comfortable things ever. I wore them for the majority of a 6 day pedestrian race when comfort is paramount and they earned my lifetime love then and there. Buy them. You won't regret it.
“Shell” pants you can wear over your jeans. That you can take off without removing your shoes. That “glow in the dark.” And keep the snow and rain off your jeans. Without making you sweat. All that! Thanks for a great product for anyone who rides bikes in winter or rainy times. Size up one size to be able to fit these over your jeans, joggers, or fancy pants.
I was looking for a versatile pant that could be a wind barrier while running as well as something to use for hiking, every day etc. These work perfectly. I’ve been running in these on top of leggings or shorts to have more air insulation which works well for me. My favorite part of these pants is the elastic at the ankles that doesn’t really noticeable. I have a sept while running hiking, while hanging out during the day unzipped. Very comfy.

In the spring and fall it's usually cold in the mornings and hot in the afternoons where I live. I needed something lightweight, breathable, fit over my shorts, packable, and easy to off for my long runs. These pants fit the bill and are almost perfect. The only thing I don't like about them in the cuff on the inside. When I put them on my foot always gets hung up on the cuff. Not really a big deal though.
I LOVE the fit of these pants. The waist is a higher rise than the transit or mercury, and I'd say they run a bit bigger. The zippered ankles look great and are easy to get off over shoes once unzipped. I wouldn't run in these in Texas (unless we get another hard freeze, but they are great to wear over shorts or another pair of tights if I need more warmth. I'm taking them bikepacking so not just for running!
